Best Western Plus Louisville North

From the front desk, to the room to the amazing and comfortable bed along with pillows and the shower. Everything was great! Was just passing thru heading to Gatlinburg and made a stop to take a break and sleep. Would recommend 10/10

Had an awesome four night stay here. Large, clean and modern room. Excellent breakfast is included, and it's varied day to day. Near lots of restaurants, and only minutes away from the distillery district downtown Louisville. Note: the room does NOT have a safe. We'll definitely stay here next time we're passing through.

Very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. When in the room you couldn't hear others through the walls or in the halls. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had all the standard breakfast items you generally find at hotel breakfasts plus several hot items - biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own waffles and a pancake machine. Easy access to interstate. Several restaurants in the area.

Wonderful experience, and very clean room. Posted pictures of our room upon entry. The parking lot leaves a little to be desired only because you may have to park farther away than you would feel comfortable, but staff are friendly and helpful, plus it's a very spacious and updated hotel. The bed was quite comfortable and it was located relatively central. It is a bit of a drive to get downtown, but we would rather stay on the outskirts because sometimes you get more experiences that way.

The employee at the front desk was friendly. When I got into my room, it was set at 60°F, which seems wastefully cold. The doors to the room don't close quietly so there was a lot of accidental for slamming. The bed was comfortable. It was kind of a pain to navigate to the hotel in the side roads. There's not much parking out front, so you might have to park across the street or next door. Breakfast was nice and changed a bit each day. They also have a sign saying they have gluten-friendly options, but there were enough other choices that I didn't need to ask.

This is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in as far as hotels go. Breakfast was decent. They had eggs, tots, biscuits and gravy, waffles and the other usual small fares for breakfast. The only down side to this place was building design. Going for minimalistic/modern look which is nice except for tiny trash cans inside rooms and out means you have other guests leaving garbage (pizza boxes) in the hall way and there are no shelves in the shower, so you’re stooping repeatedly to grab your products.

Great hotel to stay at. Location is close to the highway and you will hear vehicles often at night like 10pm. Walls are thin, you hear everything especially TVs and children playing, their footsteps. Those are the only downsides to staying here. Now the perks, bed is very comfortable. Shower works great. TV offers Free on the demand programming. The breakfast is perfect, best I've seen so far on my 6 week road trip and I am on week 4 of my road trip. Room is clean and A.C. cools room down pretty quickly on them really hot days. Near by restaurants, plenty to choose from. Some choices include a golden corral, Hooters, and Arbys. There is a Dollar Tree store across the street. Restock on water there if your travelling for awhile. Louisville is a fantastic City.

We stopped here for the night on our trip home and were very happy with the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly service at check-in by Irene. The pillowtop mattresses were very nice, since we don't like extremely firm mattresses. The hotel seems to be very new and is beautifully kept. They only have a few parking spots, but are next to the other Best Western with whom they share a parking lot, so there is plenty of parking considering that. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay or a business trip in the area. We left very early, so we couldn't take advantage of the hot breakfast, but grabbing fruit and a bagel on our way out worked well for us.
